Notice: Ann Conneely of Oran, Donamon, Co Roscommon passed away peacefully at her home on July 23rd, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Tommy and cherished mother of Corina, Karl, Ivan, and Aidan. Ann will be greatly missed by her family, including her sister Kathleen, brother Willie, son-in-law Tommy, daughters-in-law Caitlín and Donna, Aidan’s partner Ciara, and her twelve grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, nieces, nephew, relatives, neighbors, and many friends. Ann is preceded in death by her sister Pauline.
Reposing will take place at Smyth’s Funeral Home in Roscommon on Tuesday evening from 5 pm until 7 pm. A funeral procession will depart from her home on Wednesday morning at 10:30 am, arriving at St Patrick’s Church, Clooneycolgan for a Mass of the Resurrection at 11 am. Ann will be laid to rest in Oran Cemetery.
