Ann Mc Geehan, formerly known as Ann Laverty, passed away peacefully at her home in Creggan, Ballybofey after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Brendan and a much-loved mother to Pauric {Evelyn}, Annmarie {John}, Bernard {Ashlean}, and Catherine. She was also a cherished grandmother to Danny, Jack, Alex, Catherine, Kian, Niamh, Matthew, and Abi. Ann was the cherished sister of Teresa, Philomena, Veronica, and the late Eileen, Kate, Mary, Bernadette, Gerald, Brian, Charlie, Hughie, and Lawrence. She will be deeply missed by her children, sisters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brother-in-law Michael Mc Geehan, sisters-in-law Josephine Fullerton and Margaret Patton, late sister-in-law Philomena Peoples, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.

The funeral arrangements are as follows: the remains will be at her residence on July 31st, with the funeral taking place on August 2nd at the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar after a Requiem Mass at 10am. The burial will occur afterward at Drumboe Cemetery. The Requiem Mass can be watched live via the Parish Webcam at [website]. Family time will be observed from 9pm to 12 noon and on the morning of the funeral.
