Notice: Austin Duffy, a resident of Shankill and formerly of Sallynoggin, Co. Dublin, passed away peacefully on July 22, 2023, after a courageous 18-year battle. Known for his positive outlook on life and love for his family and friends, Austin will be deeply missed by his wife Dympna, sons Kevin and Eoin, granddaughter Finley Rae, siblings, extended family, and friends. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital for their attentive and compassionate care.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at Colliers Funeral Home on July 25 from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. The funeral service will take place on July 26 at 11:30am at the funeral home, followed by burial at Shanganagh Cemetery. For those unable to attend, the service can be viewed online.
