Baby Donnacha Hanrahan

Notice: Baby Donnacha Hanrahan was born sleeping on May 10th, 2023, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kilkenny, Ireland. The baby boy was the son of Grainne and Dwayne Hanrahan and had an older sister, Clodagh. Donnacha’s grandparents were Lizzie, Dolores, and Ray, and he was also survived by aunties Fiona, Lisa, and Valerie, uncles Jonathan, Keith, and Eoin, and several cousins, neighbors, relatives, and friends. The family was deeply saddened by his loss and he will forever be missed and loved. A funeral service and burial were held in Kilbride Cemetery, Callan, on May 17th, 2023. The Hanrahan family expressed their gratitude and thanks to the staff and midwives at St. Luke’s Hospital.

The death of a newborn is always a tragic event that leaves family and friends heartbroken. Donnacha’s passing affected those closest to him, especially his parents and sister. The family was comforted by the outpouring of support and messages of sympathy received from loved ones and the community. Donnacha may not have been with his family for long, but he will always hold a special place in their hearts as an angel in heaven.
