Bridget, {Birdie}, Mortimer{née McDermot}

Notice: Bridget Mortimer, also known as Birdie, passed away peacefully at the age of 94 in Raheny, Dublin. Surrounded by her loved ones and cared for by the staff at St Francis Hospice, she was the beloved mother of Margaret, Caroline, Patricia, and Orla. Birdie will be greatly missed by her sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as her extended family and friends. She was the last surviving member of her clan.

Her funeral arrangements include a viewing at her home on August 1st, followed by a Mass celebration on August 2nd at Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace in Raheny. Cremation will take place in Glasnevin. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Francis Hospice. May Bridget rest in peace.
