Notice: Breda, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully in the care of Blackrock Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her children Karen and John, and dearly missed by her adored grandchildren Alan, Andy, Nicola, Kerrie, William, Ciara, Becky, Karolyn, and Alison, as well as her great-grandchildren Ava and Jack. She is also mourned by her sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Breda’s funeral will be held on Monday morning, following a brief repose at Carnegies Funeral Home on Saturday. The family expresses gratitude to the staff at St. Michael’s Hospital, Dalkey Community Unit, and Blackrock Hospice for their dedicated care. May she rest in peace.
Reposing on Saturday, July 29th from 2pm to 4pm at Carnegies Funeral Home, Monkstown, A94 XK28. Funeral Mass at 10am on Monday morning {31st July} in St. Michael’s Church, Dun Laoghaire followed thereafter by burial at Dean’s Grange Cemetery. The family would like to thank all the dedicated staff of St. Michael’s Hospital, Dalkey Community Unit and the Blackrock Hospice for all the kind care given to Breda.
