Notice: Gillooly {formerly Holland}, Bridget {Breda} of Tallaght and formerly of Palmerstown, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at her home. She was the beloved wife of the late Christopher and the dear mother of Deirdre, Eileen, Colette, Paul, and John. Bridget will be greatly missed by her devoted sons, daughters, brother Walter, sister Margaret, sons-in-law Graeme and Niall, daughters-in-law Loretta and Marie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cherished grandchildren James, Cathal, Seán, Eamonn, Aisling, Liam, Emma, and Sarah, as well as her nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbors, friends, and companion Jack.
The funeral arrangements include the viewing on Tuesday from 4pm to 8pm at the Ramon Massey & Son Funeral Home, located at 3 Main Street, Tallaght Village, D24 NY65 {opposite The Priory}. Bridget’s body will then be taken to St. Dominic’s Church, Tallaght, where a 10am Mass will be held on Wednesday. Following the funeral mass, Bridget will be laid to rest at Bohernabreena Cemetery. The family kindly requests that only family flowers be sent, but donations to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross or The Irish Cancer Society are welcome.
