Bridget Mulhern{née Padden}

Notice: Bridget Mulhern, nee Padden, has passed away at St Joseph’s Hospital. She is survived by her husband Charlie, sons Charles, Tommy and Michael, her daughters Margaret, Ellen and Jackie, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, her devoted grandchildren and great-grandchildren, extended family and friends. Bridget was predeceased by her baby daughter Jacqueline and daughter Mary. She hails from Achill Island, Co Mayo but lived in Glencar, Letterkenny, Co Donegal. Bridget will be reposing at Eternal Light Chapel of Rest, Mountain Top, Letterkenny, today from 4 pm to 6 pm, and her funeral will be held from Letterkenny at 12 noon on Friday morning, heading towards Dooega. The requiem mass in memory of Bridget will be held on Saturday morning, in the Church of Our Lady and All Saints, Dooega, Achill, Co. Mayo, with burial afterwards in the cemetery. Bridget is remembered fondly by her family and friends. She is deeply missed by her loved ones. Her passing occurred after a long and full life and Bridget was a befitting example of grace and strength in her lifetime. Though Bridget is no longer with us, her legacy lives on through her extended family. The funeral arrangements are as per the usual norms that people follow. The news of her passing has left many people in mourning although her loved ones will receive comfort in knowing that her memory will endure with them in their hearts and minds.
