Bridie {Brigid} Connolly{née Garrity}

Notice: Bridie Connolly {née Garrity} passed away on May 17, 2023, peacefully and surrounded by her family at St. Mary’s Nursing Home in Castleblayney. She was predeceased by her husband Patrick, infant son Gerard, parents James and Margaret, and son-in-law Neil Ainstee. Bridie is survived by her children Eugene, Peter {Noreen}, Seán {Aishling}, Patrick {Caroline}, Kieran {Ann}, Bernie {Martin Dennehy}, Fiona {Brendan Scott}, Irene {Brian Villegas}, and Noeleen {Ainstee}, as well as her brother Jimmy and sister Mai, along with 12 grandchildren, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, friends, and neighbors. The funeral cortège will leave Bridie’s home in Corkishbane on May 20, 2023, proceeding to St. Michael’s Church, Corduff, for Funeral Mass, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

Bridie’s family will receive visitors on May 19, 2023, from 2 pm to 8 pm at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home in Carrickmacross. May she rest in peace.
