Caleb Faughnan

Notice: Caleb Faughnan, of ‘Blackthorn Cross’ in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan, passed away by suicide on Sunday, 7th May 2023. He is survived by his parents, David and Mary, and his brother, Jacob. His funeral will take place at St. Joseph’s Church, Carrickmacross, with prayers of reception on Monday, 15th May, followed by Requiem Mass and burial on Tuesday, 16th May. The family requests that no flowers be sent and, instead, donations be made in Caleb’s name to Pieta House, either via donation box at the church or directly. Refreshments will be provided at the Shirley Arms Hotel in Carrickmacross. Messages of condolences and support can be left on the condolences section below.

Caleb’s death has left his family grieving and in distress, and they ask for privacy during this difficult time. May he rest in peace. The family also encourages those struggling with mental health to seek support and reminds us of the important work done by organizations like Pieta House.
