Notice: “CARMEL MURPHY, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 10th, 2024, surrounded by her family and the caring staff at Cork University Hospital. She will be deeply missed by her husband Jim, children Alan, Ken, and Angela, and grandchildren Gavin, Graham, Grace, Alex, Jenny, and Andrew. Also remembered by her sister, nephew, in-laws, relatives, and friends.
Funeral services will be held at Temple Hill Funeral Home and St. Mary’s Church in Passage West, Co. Cork. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St.Claire’s ward at St.Finbarr’s Hospital.
