Notice: Carmel O’Boyle, previously of the Falls Road, Belfast, and a resident of Laurences Park, Drogheda, passed away peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital on July 24, 2023. She was surrounded by her loving family. Carmel is mourned by her sons Aidan and Kevin, daughter-in-law Sarah, grandchildren Kate and Caimin, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She was pre-deceased by her husband Sean.
The funeral arrangements include a viewing at Townley’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5pm to 7pm and a funeral mass on Thursday at 11.30am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, viewable live on the church’s website. Following the mass, Carmel will be laid to rest in Reilig Mhuire, Piltown.
