Notice: Catherine {Kay} Meade, formerly of Drummartin Park, Goatstown and recently of Snugboro, Donard, passed away peacefully on 21st July 2023, in the loving care of her daughter Terri and family. She was predeceased by her husband Walter and daughter Catherine. Kay will be dearly missed by her daughter Terri, sons-in-laws Joe and Barry, grandchildren, their partners Michelle & Ed, Nicola & Nick, Ronan & Sinéad, great grandchildren Ruairí, Róisín, Austin, Luca and Fleur, brother-in-law Joe, nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, late friend Norman, carer Sarah, kind neighbours, relatives, and a large circle of friends.
Kay was a lifelong member of An Óige.
The funeral arrangements are as follows: A repose will take place at Joe and Terri’s residence in Snugboro, Donard, on Sunday 23rd of July from 12 noon until 8 pm. The Funeral will then be held at The Church of Our Lady of Dolours and St. Patrick in Davidstown, Glen of Imaal, Co. Wicklow, on Monday 24th July at 11 am, followed by burial at Mount Venus Cemetery, Dublin at approximately 1.30 pm. Those who wish to express their condolences may do so below.
