Christina {Ciss} O’Connor{née Moriarty}

Notice: Christina {Ciss} O’Connor {née Moriarty}, a resident of Kerins Park in Tralee, Co. Kerry, passed away peacefully in her home on July 27th, 2023. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Jackie and her sisters Tess and Kitty. Christina will be deeply missed by her loving family, including her daughter Ann, son-in-law Paul, son Pat, daughter-in-law Patricia, brothers Sean, Paddy, and Michael, sister Ann, as well as her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.

The funeral arrangements for Christina include a period of repose at “The Rose Room” in Hogan’s Funeral Home in Tralee on Monday, July 31st, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral cortége will depart from Hogan’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 1st, at 9:25 am en route to St. John’s Church in Tralee. A Requiem Mass in honor of Christina will be celebrated at 10:00 am in the church, with the option to view the ceremony via live stream on http://www.stjohns.ie. She will be laid to rest thereafter in the New Rath Cemetery in Tralee.
