Notice: Daniel Vincent O’Connor of Moulagow, Rathmore, Co. Kerry, has passed away while receiving care at Cork University Hospital. He was surrounded by his family on Sunday July 30, 2023. Daniel, lovingly known as Dan, was the beloved husband of Eileen {nee Sheehan} and the father of Brigid, Mary, Elizabeth, Thomas, and Margaret. He was preceded in death by his brother Den Joe. Dan will be deeply missed by his grandchildren Tomás, Ellen, Liam, Isabelle, Mary Nell, and Seán, as well as his nephew William, son-in-law David, daughter-in-law Lillian, and partners John and Sander. He will be remembered fondly by the extended O’Connor, Sheehan, and Crowley families, as well as his relatives, neighbors, and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Visitation will be held at his residence in Moulagow, Rathmore {P51 FFV3} on Tuesday, August 1, from 5pm to 7pm. The requiem mass will take place at the Church of Our Lady of Perpetual Succour in Shrone on Wednesday, August 2, at 11am. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
