Notice: Denis F. Casey of Killiney, Co. Dublin, formerly of Cork City, passed away peacefully on July 20th, 2023, surrounded by the caring staff of the Blackrock Clinic. He was the beloved husband of Ita and the loving father of Denis, Jenny, John, Paul, and Ken. Denis will be deeply missed by his wife, children, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, cherished grandchildren, siblings, extended family, friends, and neighbors. He is also remembered for his late brothers, Jimmy and Bob.

The funeral arrangements include a reception on Sunday, July 23rd, at Quinn’s of Glasthule from 2pm to 4pm. The removal will take place on Monday, July 24th, to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Killiney/Johnstown for the 10am Funeral Mass, which can be viewed at http://www.churchservices.tv/johnstownourlady. Denis will be laid to rest in Shanganagh Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Irish Cancer Society. The Casey residence is private at this time.
