Dermot Merriman

Notice: Dermot, formerly of Balreask Manor, Trim Road, Navan, Ballymun, and Crumlin, passed away peacefully at Our Lady’s Hospital in Navan. He was predeceased by his wife Chris, parents Michael and Christina, and brother Ray. Dermot is survived by his daughter Mirinda, son-in-law Paul, grandchildren Ryan and Alex, sister Angela, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

A funeral mass will be held on Friday morning at 10am in St. Mary’s Church, Navan and can be viewed on https://www.navanparish.ie/livestream. Dermot’s remains will be reposing at his daughter and son-in-law’s residence on Thursday evening, from 6pm to 8pm. Burial will follow the funeral mass at Dardistown cemetery at 12.30pm.

Dermot’s death is mourned by his family and friends who will miss him dearly. They are comforted by the knowledge that he is now at peace. The livestreamed funeral mass allows those who cannot attend the service in person to pay their respects and bid farewell to Dermot.
