Notice: Dolores Poulton, known as Dody, passed away peacefully on July 27th, 2023 at Ashbury Nursing Home in Dublin. She was formerly of McCabe’s Villas in Booterstown. Dody was the beloved wife of the late Harry and the cherished mother of Stephen. She will be greatly missed by her loving son, daughter-in-law Bernie, grandchildren Amy, Rachel, Shane, and Stephen, as well as her great-grandchildren, sister Lucy, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and neighbors. Donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland. There will be a viewing at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home in Sallynoggin on Friday, July 28th, from 4pm until 6pm. Her Requiem Mass will take place at the Church of the Holy Family in Kill-o’-the-Grange on Saturday, July 29th, followed by cremation at Mount Jerome Crematorium. For those unable to attend, condolences can be offered online.
