Notice: Crowley, of Old Chapel in Bandon and formerly of Briar Hill in Waterfall near Cork, passed away peacefully in his 91st year on February 28th, 2024. Dr. J.P. {Seán} was the cherished husband of the late Fionnuala and a loving father to Róisín, Tadhg, Conor, Diarmuid, and the late Anne. He was also a dear brother to the late Jerry, Anne, and Mary, and a beloved grandfather to the late Jessica.
He will be greatly missed by his family, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-grandnieces, and nephews, as well as by a wide circle of cousins, friends, former colleagues, and caring neighbors. Reposing at Gabriel and O’Donovan’s Funeral Home in Bandon on Friday, and a Requiem Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Church on Saturday followed by burial at the adjoining Cemetery.
