Edith Bermingham

Notice: Edith Bermingham, formerly of Rathkeale, Co Limerick, peacefully passed away on June 30, 2023 at her home in Fermoy, surrounded by her loving family. She was the cherished wife of the late John and devoted mother to Mary, Bill, Matthew, John, Paul, Eleanor, and Eithne. Edith will be greatly missed by her family, sons– and daughters-in-law, grandchildren, relatives, and friends. May she rest in peace.

A funeral service will be held at Martin Neligan & Sons Funeral Home, The Old Train Station, Fermoy, on July 1st from 5pm to 7:30pm, with prayers to follow. The following day, on July 2nd, Edith’s body will be transported from her home to St. Patrick’s Church in Fermoy for a Funeral Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial at Kilcrumper New Cemetery. For those who are unable to attend in person, the Mass will be live streamed at http://www.fermoyparish.ie.
