Notice: Edward {Ed} Powell of Castleknock, Dublin and Annaglough, Cavan, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023. He was predeceased by his Father, Derek Powell. Ed will be greatly missed and deeply loved by his devastated mother Geraldine, brothers Dermot and Craig, sisters-in-law Veronica and Jenny, beloved nephews and nieces David, Kate, Molly, Luke John, Emily, Anna, and Michael, as well as his aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and numerous friends. May he find eternal peace.
There will be a reposing at the McMahon Funeral Home on Farnham Road, Cavan H12 C821 on Sunday evening from 5 pm, with prayers to be held at 7 pm. On Monday, there will be a removal at 11:30 am to the Cathedral of Ss Patrick & Felim in Cavan, where Funeral Mass will take place at 12 pm.
