Eileen Cosgrove

Notice: Eileen Cosgrove has passed away at Cork University Hospital on May 9th, 2023, aged 83. Eileen, formerly of Crossmahon, Bandon and Cape Clear, is survived by her children Deirdre, Aedín, Niall, Niamh, Rory and the late Ciara. She will be remembered by her sons-in-law, fiancée, grandchildren, extended family, and friends. Eileen will rest at Gabriel and O’Donovan’s Funeral Home, Bandon, on Thursday evening, followed by cremation on Friday at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, with the service available online. Mass and burial of ashes will take place in Cape Clear during the following week. Condolences can be left for the family.

Eileen Cosgrove, a beloved mother and wife to the late Niall, has passed away on May 9th, 2023, aged 83, at Cork University Hospital. The late Eileen is survived by her children Deirdre, Aedín, Niall, Niamh, Rory, and the late Ciara’s memory. Eileen has been fondly remembered by her loving family consisting of son-in-laws, fiancée, grandchildren, extended family, and friends. A cremation service will take place at The Island Crematorium at Ringaskiddy on Friday and mass and burial of ashes in Cape Clear next week.
