Notice: Eileen Ward {nee Conway} of Carpenterstown Park, Castleknock, Dublin and formerly of Rathcroghan, Ballinagare, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon, passed away peacefully on August 18th, 2023, in the loving care of the staff at the Elm Ward, Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown. She was the beloved wife of Ger, the devoted mother of Tony and Nicola, and the cherished grandmother of Ellamarie, Roisín, Robyn {Lottie}, Liam and Conor. Eileen was also the dear sister of Mary, Judy, Pat, Robert, John and the late Richard. She will be greatly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Tony, daughter-in-law Tracie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday morning at the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle’s, Laurel Lodge, following a repose at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Church Avenue, Blanchardstown on Wednesday evening.
