Elizabeth Betty Horgan {née O’Regan}

Notice: Elizabeth “Betty” Horgan, formerly of Kilbarry Place, Farranree, Cork, passed away peacefully at her home in Surrey, UK on June 10th, 2023. She was surrounded by her daughter, Jacqueline, and son-in-law, Thomas, during her final moments. Betty’s untimely death has left her daughter heartbroken, along with her sister, Anne, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbors, and friends, who will all miss her dearly.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 27th, from 5.00pm to 6.00pm, where prayers will be held at 5.45pm. A Requiem Mass will then take place at The North Cathedral on Wednesday, June 28th, at 11.00am. For those unable to attend in person, the Mass will be live-streamed on http://www.corkcathedral.ie. Following the Mass, Betty will be laid to rest in St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
