Elizabeth {Betty} O’Reilly{née Byrne}

Notice: Elizabeth O’Reilly, known as Betty, passed away peacefully on May 13th, 2023, in the care of St. Francis Hospice, Raheny. She was surrounded by her loving family, who mourn her loss. Betty was the beloved wife of the late Gerard, and a sister to Joan. She was a mother to her children Patricia, Adrian, Derek, and Troy, and a devoted grandmother to Niamh, Áine, Niall, Fleur, Fiona, and Annabel. Betty’s passing has left a void in the lives of her nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends and neighbours, who will miss her dearly.

Her remains will be reposing in Lanigan’s Funeral Home on May 15th and 16th, followed by a funeral Mass at the Church of the Nativity, Beaumont, and burial in Dardistown Cemetery. Family flowers only are requested, with donations to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny, welcome. Friends and family who cannot attend the service can view the Mass via a link provided by an independent company.

Betty will be remembered fondly for the love and care she gave to her family and friends, and for the memories made throughout her life. May she rest in peace.
