Notice: Elizabeth {Dolly} O’Leary-Rice, of Graiguesallagh, Duncormick, Shilmore Carne, Our Lady’s Island, Co. Wexford, and formerly of Kinsale, Co. Cork, passed away on July 30, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Donie and Andy, and the mother of Carmel, Damien, Barry, and the late Thomas. Elizabeth is survived by her siblings Jimmy and Eileen, and was predeceased by her brothers Gussie and Tony. She will be greatly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law Frances and Leanne, sister-in-law Frances, grandchildren Lorraine, Darren, Chris, Jade, Ellie-Kate, Danielle, Annie, Heather, and Elsie, as well as great-grandchildren Tadgh, Matilda, Tom, Lydia, and Sam. She also leaves behind her nephews, nieces, relatives, friends, and extended family.
Reposing at Mulligan’s Funeral Home in Wexford, visitation will take place on Monday from 6pm until 9pm. Elizabeth’s funeral will be held on Tuesday at 11.15am at the Church of the Assumption in Our Lady’s Island, followed by burial in Our Lady’s Island Cemetery. The family would like to express their gratitude to St. Mary’s Ward at Wexford General Hospital and Wygram Nursing Home.
