Notice: Esther O’Donoghue, a resident of Glenconnor Heights in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary, passed away peacefully in the care of Rathkeevan Nursing Home. She was surrounded by her loving family, including her granddaughter Kelly and great-granddaughter Finlay. Esther is survived by her children Catherine, Shirley, Gabrielle, Michelle, Fintan, Deirdre, Rosina, Ciara, Cody, and Abby. She was predeceased by her husband Michael, daughter Lydia, grandsons Michael and Caolan, brothers Paddy and Stephen, and sister Mary. Esther will be greatly missed by her brothers, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
Her remains will be reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour in Clonmel on Saturday evening, with the funeral Mass taking place on Sunday at Ss. Peter & Paul’s Church. For those unable to attend, the service can be viewed via livestream on the church’s website. Esther will be laid to rest in St. Patrick’s Cemetery. The family has requested no flowers, but instead any desired donations can be made to Cuan Saor Women’s Refuge in Clonmel.
