Notice: Gabriel BURKE of Ginnell Terrace in Mullingar passed away suddenly but peacefully on October 19, 2023, under the compassionate care of the nurses and staff at the Midland Regional Hospital, Mullingar. He is preceded in death by his parents Marion and William. Gabriel’s heartbroken wife Eileen, his loving children David and Fiona, son-in-law Gerard, daughter-in-law Shirley, adored grandchildren Gary, Zoë, Dylan, and Evan, as well as his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives, neighbors, and friends will deeply miss and forever remember him. Let us pray for his gentle soul to rest in peace. The viewing will be held at Shaws Funeral Home on Bishopsgate St., Mullingar on October 25 from 4:00 pm, concluding with prayers at 6:00 pm. The procession will then proceed to St. Paul’s Church, where the Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday morning at 12 noon, followed by a private cremation.
