Notice: Harry Thornberry, of Johnstown, Waterford, passed away on August 20th, 2023. He was preceded in death by his wife Rita, as well as his sons Harry Junior and Eddie. Harry is survived by his daughter Martina, son-in-law Ian, granddaughters Tracy and Tanya, great-grandchildren Brooke, Alex, Tia, Sadie, and Nina, along with his sister, brothers, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbors, and friends. May Harry rest in peace.
Funeral arrangements are as follows: Reposing at Tom Hennessy Funeral Home in Johnstown, Waterford on August 23rd from 5 to 7pm. The funeral will take place on August 24th, starting at the funeral home at 11:40am, proceeding to St. John’s Church on Parnell Street for Requiem Mass at 12 o’clock. Burial will follow in St. Otteran’s Cemetery in Ballinaneeshagh.
