Notice: Formerly of Rahan and Kilcormac Co. Offaly, “The Derries”, passed away peacefully on the 3rd of April 2024, surrounded by his loving family. He is preceded in death by his cherished wife Anne. Remembered dearly by his children Mark, Melanie, Susie, and Shane, as well as his sons and daughters-in-law Michelle, Del, Alan, and Mairead. He will be deeply missed by his grandchildren Niamh, Samantha, Aoife, Emma, Grace, Aran, Katie, and Lucy, along with his sisters Meg and Phil, extended family, and friends.

A gathering will be held at his residence at Charleville View on Friday evening from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A private removal will take place to The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Kilcormac for a Requiem Mass at 11:00 am. Following the service, he will be laid to rest in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kilcormac.
