Notice: James Clarke, a resident of Brookhaven Park in Blanchardstown and formerly of Murtagh Rd, Dublin 7, passed away peacefully on July 25th, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones at Beacon Hospital. He is survived by his devoted wife Celia, whom he shared 63 years of friendship and love with, as well as his cherished children Alison, Jim, Ciarán, and Mairéad. James was a dear brother to his sisters Imelda and Rosaleen, and he was predeceased by his brother Eddie. He will be lovingly remembered as a caring and playful Grandad to Luisa, Chris, Olly, and Sam. He was treasured by his in-laws, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbors, and friends.
Reposing will take place at Bourkes Funeral Directors, followed by a removal service at St Patrick’s Church, Corduff. The Funeral Mass will be held at St Patrick’s Church, Corduff, and James will be laid to rest at Dardistown cemetery. Donations can be made to St Vincent De Paul in lieu of flowers. The Clarke family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Beacon Hospital and Woodvale general practice for their compassionate care.
