Notice: On July 28th, 2023, Jimmy peacefully passed away in the comforting care of the staff at Milford Care Centre, surrounded by his beloved family. He was predeceased by his parents Pakie and Patsy, his sister Nuala, and recently his brother Jack. Jimmy will be deeply missed by his loving wife Anne, his brothers Fr. Paddy {USA}, Gerry {USA}, and Bill, as well as his sisters Kate {Harty} and Anna {Mitchell}, along with his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbors, and numerous friends. May he rest in eternal peace.
The funeral arrangements include a viewing at Ss Peter & Paul’s Church in Bruff on Sunday evening, July 30th, from 5pm to 7pm, followed by the Requiem Mass on Monday at 12 noon. A private service will be held at Shannon Crematorium afterward. Anne and the family express their gratitude to the staff at the University Hospital Limerick, particularly Mr. McManus and his team, for providing compassionate care to Jimmy during his time there.
