O’MAHONY, {KEALKILL} peacefully passed away on August 2nd, 2023, surrounded by his loving family and receiving exceptional care from the staff at Bantry General Hospital. JIM, from Carriganass, was a beloved husband and best friend to Margaret {nee Murphy} and a devoted father to John, Conor, Karen and the late Aisling. He was a cherished father-in-law to Catherine and adored Granda to James, Doireann, Senan, Shane and Colm.
He was the dear son of the late Sonny and Mary and brother-in-law of the late Paddy Joe, Kathleen and the recently deceased Dan.
His heartbroken family, including his brothers John and Pat, sister Noreen, Karen’s partner William, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, fond neighbours and numerous friends deeply mourn his loss and will greatly miss him.

The wake will be held at Collins Funeral Home in Kealkill on Friday evening {4th} from 5pm to 8pm, followed by prayers.
The Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 12 noon in the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Kealkill, followed by burial in Kilmacomogue Cemetery.
