Notice: In loving memory of Joan, formerly of Celbridge, Co. Kildare, who peacefully passed away in the care of Sligo North West Hospice, surrounded by her beloved family. She is preceded in death by her husband Thomas {Tommy} and her siblings. She will be deeply missed by her sons Brian and Niall, her grandchildren Ríos and Lexi, as well as her sisters Pattie, Tessie, Ann, Bernadette, and Lena, along with her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. May Joan find eternal rest.
A gathering to pay respects and offer condolences will be held at Larkin’s Funeral Home in Edenderry on Wednesday from 3pm to 6pm. This will be followed by a prayer service at St. Brigid’s Church, Clogherinkoe at 6:30pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday at 12 noon, and Joan will be laid to rest in Broadford Cemetery. The family appreciates your kindness and support during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations, if desired, to be made to North West Hospice.
