Notice: John, peacefully passed away at Blackrock Abbey Nursing Home. He is survived by his sons Seamus, Seán, Brian, and Padraig, as well as his daughter-in-laws Roma, Jacqui, and Una. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary, his son Gerard, his parents James and Rose, his sister Rosie, his brother Eddie, and his daughter-in-law Linda. John will be deeply missed by his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and friends.

Reposing at his home, visitors are welcome to pay their respects on Sunday, July 2nd from 4pm to 8pm, as well as on Monday, July 3rd from 2pm to 8pm. On Tuesday, a procession will take place at 11am from his home to the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, where a Funeral Mass will be held at 11.30am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. The family is grateful for the exceptional care provided by the staff at Blackrock Abbey Nursing Home.
