Joseph Griffith {Ex ESB}

Notice: In loving memory of Joseph, a retired ESB employee, who passed away unexpectedly on June 29, 2023. He resided in Cypress Gardens, Athlone, Co. Westmeath, and was previously from Leface, Ballindine, Co. Mayo. Joseph was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Delia, as well as his siblings Patrick, Tom, Eileen, and Breda. He is deeply missed by his beloved wife Mary, children Christina, Geraldine, Kevin, and Richie, as well as his brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, in-laws, relatives, and many friends. May he rest in peace.

Joseph’s body will be reposing at Flynn’s Funeral Home on The Strand {N37 WY17} on Sunday from 5pm to 7pm. A requiem mass will be held on Monday at 10:30am in Our Lady’s Queen of Peace Church, Coosan, followed by burial in Coosan Cemetery. The family kindly requests that the house be kept private during this time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Irish Cancer Research.
