Notice: Joseph Crann, a retired member of An Garda Síochána, passed away peacefully on June 22, 2023, surrounded by his loving family and receiving exceptional care from the staff at the Regional Hospital Mullingar. Joseph, also known as Joe, was previously from Elphin, Co Roscommon and resided in Beechgrove, Dublin Road, Mullingar, Co Westmeath. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Alice and his cherished daughter Caroline. Left to grieve his loss are his sons David, Joe, and Ken, as well as his sons-in-law Seán and Paddy, grandchildren Aaron, Cheryl, and Aisling, great-grandson Finn, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, and numerous friends. Joe’s Funeral Mass will be held at St Paul’s Church, Delvin Road, Mullingar, and can be viewed via the live webcam at http://www.mullingarparish.ie. Burial will take place at Ballyglass Cemetery.
