Notice: Majella Kearns, formerly known as Majella Wilson, a resident of Ballybrack, County Dublin, passed away at the age of 98 on Thursday, April 4, 2024, while under the exceptional care of the staff at Wicklow Hospice, Magheramore. She was the cherished wife of the late Dermot and the devoted mother of the late Dessie. She is survived by her loving daughter Marion, son-in-law Jim, grandchildren Louise, Stephen, and Richard, Louise’s husband Giovanni, and great-grandchildren Michele, Rita, Marion, and James. She will also be missed by her sister Kathleen, as well as her extended family and friends.
A service will be held at Colliers Funeral Home in Bray on Saturday, April 6, with visitation beginning at 5:00 pm and Removal at 7:00 pm to the Church of Sts. Alphonsus and Columba in Ballybrack. The Reception Service will take place at 7:30 pm. The funeral will be held on Monday, April 8, at 11:00 am, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
