Notice: Margaret {Gretta} Bambury, a turf accountant, has passed away peacefully at her residence in Knoppogue, Mallow on May 17th, 2023. She was the beloved wife of the late Pat Joe, mother of Anne {Gleeson}, and grandmother of James. She was survived by her son-in-law Jim, relatives, her loyal staff at Bambury Bookmakers Mallow, neighbors and friends. She was predeceased by her late brother John and sister Sr. Felix LCM {Nora}. Her funeral mass will be held on May 19th at 11 am. Repose will begin on May 18th at O’Connell’s Funeral Home, St. James’ Avenue, Mallow. After the funeral mass, Bambury will be laid to rest at Lislaughtin Abbey, Ballylongford, Co. Kerry. Mourning friends can send their condolences through the provided link.
