Margaret O’Donovan{née Murphy}

Notice: Margaret O’Donovan, a resident of Ballylibert, Castlefreke, Clonakilty, passed away peacefully on May 17th, 2023, surrounded by her family at Cork University Hospital. Margaret was predeceased by her husband James, brother John, and sisters Eileen and Joan. She will be missed by her loving children, Mary, John, Elizabeth, and Mairead, daughter-in-law Bernadette, son-in-law Mark, grandchildren Joshua, Shornu, and David, as well as nephews, nieces, friends and relatives. Visitation will be held at O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home in Clonakilty on Friday, May 19th from 5pm to 7pm, followed by prayers. A requiem mass will be held at St. James’ Church in Ardfield on Saturday, May 20th at 2pm, which will be livestreamed. The funeral will take place at the adjoining cemetery. The family expressed gratitude to the staff of various medical centres for their care.
