Notice: Marion Lambe, formerly known as Marion Edwards, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2023, at her residence in Liosdara, Oakpark, Tralee, Co. Kerry. She was the beloved wife of the late Tony and the dear sister of George, as well as the late John and Bill. Marion will be greatly missed by her loving family, including her nephews Ciaran and Sean, nephews-in-law, nieces-in-law, sister-in-law Carmel, and brothers-in-law Des, John, and Diarmuid. She will also be remembered fondly by her relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing for Marion at the Gleasure Funeral Home in Tralee on Thursday, July 27, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Her funeral will take place on Friday morning at St. John’s Church in Tralee, with the Requiem Mass being celebrated at 10 a.m. The service will be streamed on the church’s website, http://www.stjohns.ie. Afterward, Marion will be laid to rest in Rath Cemetery, Tralee. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K. through the Kerry Hospice Foundation’s “Donation” link or by reaching out to the Gleasure Funeral Home.
