Martin Bracken

Notice: Martin Bracken, a resident of Passage West and formerly of Bishopstown, Cork and Athy, Co. Kildare, passed away peacefully on July 30th, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of the late Frances and a much-loved father to Jean, Norma, Fergus, and Peter. Martin was preceded in death by his siblings and his son-in-law Adrian. He will be deeply mourned by his loving family, including his sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends. Reposing at Wilton Funeral Home, Sarsfield Road, there will be a visitation on Tuesday, August 1st, from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday, August 2nd, at 11:00 am at The Church of the Real Presence, Curraheen Road, followed by burial at St. Oliver’s Cemetery, Model Farm Road. The family kindly requests only family flowers and any desired donations be made to Marymount Hospice.
