Notice: Martin O’Reilly, a resident of Blackrock, Co. Dublin, died peacefully at the age of 83 on June 4th, 2023, at St. Vincent’s University Hospital in Elm Park, surrounded by loved ones. He was a devoted father to his six children, Paul, Maria, Terri, Martina, Louise, and Deirdre, and a dear brother to Pat. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria {Dicey}, but his children are left to mourn him, along with his sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends. The family has requested Privacy at their home, and only immediate family members.

A prayer service will take place at Patrick O’Donovan & Son Funeral Home, Sallynoggin on Wednesday, June 7th, with a Mass held the following day, June 8th, at the Church of the Holy Family in Kill-o’-the-Grange. Burial will follow at the nearby Shanganagh Cemetery in Shankill. Donations, in lieu of flowers, are being accepted for Purple House in Bray. May he rest in peace.
