Notice: Mary Butler, also known as Stella Maris, passed away peacefully at home on May 13th, 2023, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late John and mother of the late baby Josephine. She was also sister to the late Sr. Margaret, Kitty and Nellie. Mary will be sadly missed by her six children, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, siblings, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbors, and friends. May she rest in peace.
Reposing at her daughter’s residence in Killinan, Thurles, on Monday from 4 pm to 8 pm. Her requiem mass will be held at Holycross Abbey on Tuesday at 12 noon and will be viewable on https://www.churchservices.tv/holycrossabbey.
