Notice: Mary peacefully passed away on Wednesday at Cork University Hospital, surrounded by her grieving family. She is preceded in death by her husband Peter, infant son Baby Paul, as well as her parents Owen and Biddy. Mary will be deeply missed by her cherished children Colette, Michael, Carol, Paul, James, and Mark, as well as her beloved grandchildren Jamie, Niall, Ali, Emma, and Conor. Additionally, Carol’s partner Noel, Paul’s partner Claire, James’ partner Julianne, and Jamie’s partner Peig, along with her sisters Maggie, Catherine, Eily, and Ellen, and brothers Paddy and Sean, extend their sorrow. Mary will also be remembered by her uncles, aunts, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors, and numerous friends.
She will be resting at Donnacha Doyle & Sons Funeral Home in Grannagh, Kilmacow, County Kilkenny, with visitation on Saturday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Additionally, a Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday at St. Beacon’s Church in Mullinavat at 11:00 am, followed by a private cremation on Monday. Those who wish to express their condolences to Mary’s family may do so through the online service provided.
