On October 23, 2023, Mary Eileen Byrne {formerly Reynolds} peacefully passed away at her home in Drimnagh, Dublin 12, with her loving family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Patrick and the cherished mother of Therese, Deirdre, and Fintan.
Eileen will always be loved and deeply missed by her grieving children, grandchildren Paul, Joseph, Damian, Fionn, Colin, great-grandchild Harlo, daughter-in-law Catherine, sons-in-law Shonaie and Derek, sister-in-law Noreen, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbors.
May she rest in peace.
Visitation will take place at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home in Crumlin Village on Wednesday from 4pm to 7pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:30am on Thursday at the Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel, Mourne Road, Drimnagh, followed by burial at Mount Jerome Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross.
