Notice: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mary Fitzgerald {nee Casey} of Ash Park, Carrick-on-Suir. She passed away peacefully on the 3rd of April surrounded by her family.
She is survived by her beloved husband Tony, children Marianne, Roma, Andrea, and Peter, as well as her siblings, in-laws, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
A viewing will be held at Walsh’s Funeral Home in Carrick-on-Suir on Monday the 8th of April from 5pm to 6.30pm. A requiem mass will take place at St Nicholas Church on Tuesday the 9th of April at 10.30am, followed by Cremation at the Island crematorium in Cork at 2pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Oak Ward at Waterford Hospital. Mary will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who knew her.
