Mary O’Toole {formerly known as Scallan} of Tallaght and formerly of Terenure, passed away peacefully on August 19th, 2023 at Tallaght Hospital. She showed incredible bravery throughout her long illness. Mary was a beloved wife to Brian and a loving mother to Tiernan and Tara. Her family, including daughter-in-law Kirsty and grandchild Noah, are deeply saddened by her loss. She will be remembered fondly by her sisters Josie, Bernie, Christine, and Noeleen, her brothers Jimmy, Joe, John, Gerard, and Willie, as well as her extended family, including sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will be receiving guests for visitation at Fanagans Funeral Home in Tallaght Village on Wednesday {August 23rd} from 4pm to 6pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Aengus’ Church in Balrothery on Thursday {August 24th} at 10am followed by cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium.
