Mary WALSH{née Hoare}

Notice: Mary Walsh {née Hoare}, aged 73, of Killeshin, Carlow and formerly of Athy, Co Kildare, passed away peacefully on July 25th, 2023, at Naas General Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Jerry, loving mother of Jane, Pat, and Michael {Mitch}, and adored grandmother of Molly, Hannah, Lucy, Lauren, Emma, Mikey, Padraic, Anna, Lily, and the late Mathew, Joseph, Maeve, and Hugo. Mary was also a cherished sister to Kathleen. She will be greatly missed by her family, including her husband, children, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and sister, as well as her extended family and friends. May Mary rest in peace.

Funeral arrangements have been made at Carpenter Bros. Funeral Home in Graiguecullen. The reposing will take place on Thursday from 3pm, with prayers at 7pm. On Friday morning at 11.30am, Mary’s body will be taken to The Holy Cross Church in Killeshin for Funeral Mass at 12 Noon, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. The Funeral Mass will be livestreamed on the Killeshin Parish website for those unable to attend in person.
