Notice: Matt Moore, of Killavilla, Roscrea, Co Offaly and formerly of Ballinacree, Oldcastle, Co Meath, peacefully passed away on July 27, 2023, surrounded by his loving family at Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore. He is preceded in death by his
son Brendan. Left to mourn his loss is his devoted
wife Nuala, his
children Geraldine, Bernie, Maureen, Carmel, Angela, and Chris, as well as his cherished grandchildren Joanne, Aoife, Ciarán, Conal, Andrew, Ciarán, Killian, Fionnuala, Michael, Coleen, Daithí, Diarmuid, Chloe, Jake, and Megan. He is also remembered by his
sons-in-law,
daughter-in-law, dear
sisters,
brothers, relatives, neighbors, and a large circle of loyal friends. The funeral arrangements include a viewing at Doyle’s Funeral Home in Roscrea on July 29, from 5pm to 8pm, followed by a private removal on Sunday morning to St. Cronan’s Church in Roscrea for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. He is survived by his dedicated wife Nuala, six adoring children, and fourteen cherished grandchildren. His passing is mourned by his sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, siblings, relatives, kind neighbors, and a large circle of loyal friends. Funeral arrangements include a viewing at Doyle’s Funeral Home in Roscrea on July 29 and a private removal to St. Cronan’s Church in Roscrea for a Requiem Mass the following morning, after which he will be laid to rest in Dungar Cemetery.
